This meatloaf recipe is the only one I use now because my family loves it, and it is very easy to make.
Ingredients | Bechamel Sauce For Lasagne Mary Berry1 ½ pounds lean ground beef1 large onion, choppedsalt to tasteground black pepper to tastegarlic powder to taste6 slices white bread, cut into cubes½ cup milk1 egg3 tablespoons yellow mustard, divided½ cup ketchup, divided3 tablespoons brown sugarDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).In a large bowl, thoroughly mix ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix in bread, milk, egg, 2 tablespoons mustard and 1/4 cup ketchup.Press the meat mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
